At OLBI HALLS, we want your experience to be fun, creative, and stress-free, so we've added a little magic to our terms and conditions. By booking any of our studios, you agree to the following and are bound by these terms. Let’s keep the good vibes flowing!

1. Early Bird Gets the Worm
To ensure a smooth start to your booking, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early. This gives you time to check in and get familiar with our space.

2. Put It Back Like It’s a Puzzle
Kindly treat our studio like a jigsaw puzzle: please put the furniture and props back in their original place. It’s like a game, but without the missing pieces! Let’s keep the space tidy for everyone.

3. The Great Garbage Vanish
Garbage is like a bad magic trick—it disappears when you put it in the right place. Please place all garbage into the designated garbage cans. We promise not to reveal any secrets!

4. Respect the Noise, Respect the Neighbour's
Some areas of our studios are not soundproof, so please be respectful of the neighbour's. Keep the noise levels reasonable and make your creativity heard in all the right ways.

5. Time Is Ticking—Respect Your Rental Time
Please respect the rental time you’ve booked. If you stay past your scheduled time, an additional fee will be charged and deducted from your security deposit. Don’t let time sneak up on you!

6. Damages and Security Deposit
We believe in good vibes and smooth floors. If there are any damages to the floor, furniture, props, or any other studio equipment during your booking, we kindly request that you take responsibility and reimburse the cost of the damages. If the security deposit doesn’t fully cover the damage, we will demand the additional payment and take the necessary actions to recover the full fee. Let’s keep the balance, like a tightrope walker with a safety net!

7. Alcohol Policy
If you plan to serve alcohol, in Ontario you are legally required to obtain a valid Ontario Special Occasion Permit (SOP) from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This document must be submitted to Olbi Halls no later than 7 days prior to the event date.​

8. Keep It Rated PG
Our studios are magical places, but they have their limits. They cannot be used to shoot pornographic content. Let’s keep things rated PG and focus on creating art that brings smiles, not blushes!

9. No Smoking or Recreational Drugs
Smoke signals might be cool, but smoke itself can be a bit of a party crasher. Please keep smoking, including recreational drugs, outside the studio premises. Let’s blow the smoke away like a cool breeze!

10. Guest Capacity
Please respect the maximum number of guests, which is 100. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or the need to shut down your event to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

11. Parking Instructions
Parking instructions will be provided with your booking details. Any of your guests who park improperly risk getting towed, and we are not responsible for any towing charges or related issues.

12. Cancellations and Credits
OLBI HALLS only offers a studio credit for cancelled bookings. To cancel your booking, please reach out to us directly at olbihalls@gmail.com
Credits are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of cancellation and can be used to rebook another date/venue based on availability and other conditions.

14. Liability Waiver
By booking our studios, you fully relieve us of any claim to injuries, damages, or losses to you and your guests at our facility during your event. Your safety is a priority, but participation is at your own risk.

15. Acknowledgment of Terms
By booking any of our studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
